Our Process

Collection
Post Consumer food grade PET bottles collected from waste generated across the country.

Debaling, Pre-Sorting, Label & Cap Removal
Process driven sorting of wrappers, caps and contaminated bottles; thus ensuring a fresh feedstock for further processing.

Shredding & Hot washing
Whole bottles are cut into coarse chips in a shredder which are further put into Hot-wash to remove impurities.

Float Sink, Rinsing, Sorting & Final Output
Impurities are further skimmed off through sinking, rinsing and sorting, output of which is pure GRS certified rPET flakes.

Crystallisation
rPET flakes is pre-heated and crystallised to form the raw material for rPET sheet.
06
Extrusion
In-house conversion of rPET flakes to high quality, durable and rigid rPET sheet.
